Dry profiled bar up to 10% humidity

A dry profiled bar is one of the best materials for building a wooden house. It is a product of innovative technologies in the field of wooden housing construction, which is a symbiosis of the best physical qualities of massive wood and glued wood. The production of a dry profiled beam takes place according to the technology of ancient carpenters in the part of mechanical processing of wood, and using the latest developments in the production of wooden house construction, without the use of modern chemistry.

The main and most outstanding quality of dry profiled timber is the extremely low moisture content of the material, and is 10-12, 12-15, 15-18, 18-22%. It is achieved by drying the material in a new innovative microwave vacuum drying chamber, the main purpose of which is to quickly and efficiently dry the wood, avoiding its cracking. The dry profiled bar, due to chamber drying, does not have in its structure deep or through cracks inherent in the array of natural drying wood. There are minimal cracks as a "sign of quality" of dry wood, but their depth on the surface does not go to any comparison with the cracks from the natural drying of wood, and they do not spoil the appearance of the timber, not to mention its thermal insulation properties. Consumer properties of dry timber provides an insignificantly small shrinkage of 2-3% of the log after its erection, which is comparable to the shrinkage of the glued beam.

The profiled bar is made from spruce, pine, larch, cedar. The best characteristics are trees grown in the harsh climatic conditions of the Arkhangelsk Region, the Komi Republic, the Northern Perm and Irkutsk Regions, the Gorny Altai, the Krasnoyarsk Territory. For a dry profiled beam, a four-bar cross-section of the section 150х200, 200х200, 200 * 250, 200х200 mm, etc. is selected.

After special preparation the raw material passes the first stage of processing: chamber microwave vacuum drying, where it under careful control dries up to 10-12, 12-15, 15-18, 18-22% of humidity. Microwave vacuum chamber allows you to set the drying modes depending on the type of wood, the dimensions of the bars, the required moisture humidity. Sensitive automation controls the parameters of wood moisture.

The second stage is processing on special longitudinally milling machines on which the geometry of the beam is leveled after drying, because in the process of drying, torsion and bending of the bar occurs, a decrease in geometric dimensions is a natural process that takes place during the drying process.

The third stage is profiling on a 4-sided machine. Compensatory cuts are made to reduce the risk of deformation and cracking along the entire length of the upper and lower sides of the bar. The result is a material that is close in properties to the glued beam, but much cheaper than the latter. Further profiled bar dry kiln drying is transported and stored in our warehouse, protected from atmospheric precipitation. It is mounted in the same way as the profiled bar of natural moisture.

The dry shaped beam is 140x185 mm. humidity 10-12, 12-15, 15-18, 18-22% The dry shaped bar is 185x185 mm. humidity 10-12, 12-15, 15-18, 18-22% The dry shaped bar is 185x140 mm. humidity 10-12, 12-15, 15-18, 18-22% The dry profiled bar 230х185 mm humidity 10-12, 12-15, 15-18, 18-22% Non-standard, dry profiled beam decommissioned into the frame section 250x300 mm.
